Rhiannon Hollis is Deputy Director of Global Partners Governance. She joined in 2020.
Rhiannon directs the operational team and supervises GPG and GPGF’s project work in Iraq and Uzbekistan. Her background is in the UK Parliament where she trained as a Parliamentary clerk.
She has extensive experience in working with Select Committees including the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee, the Justice Select Committee, the Public Accounts Committee and the Scottish Affairs Committee, supporting them to scrutinise the UK Government and recommend policy improvements. She also has strong experience in direct support to the House of Commons Chamber, advising MPs on secondary legislation, standing orders and in plenary debates. As Co-Secretary of the ASGP, part of the IPU, she worked with Secretaries General of global parliaments to facilitate best practice work.
Rhiannon has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and is fluent in French.
